At CASHXCITY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a clear and straightforward Refund and Return Policy to ensure your experience with us is hassle-free.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.

  • The return is accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.


2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

  4. Processing the Return: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange request. Please note that the returned item must meet the return conditions mentioned above.


3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  • Full Refund: If the return is approved within the 30-day window and meets the return criteria, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the product.

  • Partial Refund: If the returned product is damaged, used, or missing components, we may offer a partial refund based on the condition of the item.


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the new item and must be requested within the 30-day return window. Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@cashxcity.xyz. We will provide you with a return label and cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will process a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or damaged by the customer after use. Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
